After two years, I finally got the chance to sit down with
Christian Chaoss from Scream The Dream.. Or was in STD. The former
vocalist has had ups and downs the last two years but is trying to succeed in
the music industry, even though it tends to be really hard to do so. Hopefully
things will get better for him.
The last few months, I have noticed issues with the band
occurring and asked Christian if he cared to talk about what has been going on
and his response was, “I’m not too sure. Just a lot of deceiving factors but
alas, I am no longer in STD and as far as I’m concerned, they’re as good as
done.”
Christian also said that he doesn’t think he will ever make
up or be friends with the band ever again, which must mean things ended pretty
bad but I asked Christian what he plans to do now that he’s going solo. His
response was, “there’s always a way out the front door but sometimes climb
through a window or two.. But something heavy awaits outside.” Which is very
well said and I am looking forward to hearing what Christian can do.
In five years, he sees himself being bigger than anyone ever
imagined. I really hope so. He has material that he’s working on but hasn’t
recorded it yet. I’m so excited to hear some of his own things. His holidays
will include eating food, presents and drinking beer.
His message to his friends, fans and ex-mates are: “I will
actually be something one day and that I am trying my hardest to actually be
something in the music industry that nobody’s going to f****** take me down and
that for my ex mates to my friends that I love them they will always been my
family will always be the ones I care about the most because they’re the ones
that let the dream live on.”
I don’t know about you but I am very much looking forward to
whatever Christian decides to do with his talents. Add him on Facebook and
